Are there any long-term contracts?

Nope! Because some educational seasons are busier than others, we have a flexible membership model. We offer month-to-month membership so you can join us for as little or as long as make the most sense for your family. To cancel your membership renewal, just opt-out in your account settings. If something doesn’t feel right or is a barrier, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Ensuring families get what they need is our top priority.

How do I get access to the online community?

Once you have signed up for an account you can access TPL’s app through your browser and/or via our apps on mobile and tablets. Our community app is available in both the android and apple stores.

Does this mean I no longer will get my comprehensive services?

Absolutely not, our team is here for your family as before. We discovered that some families didn’t need the comprehensive support option and really only wanted here and there guidance. Our membership model aims to make getting those initial questions answered more accessible and affordable to all.
